Common questions about plans and billing
Can I switch plans anytime?
Yes! You can upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time. When upgrading, you'll be charged a prorated amount for the remainder of your billing period. When downgrading, the change takes effect at the end of your current billing period.
What happens if I exceed my limits?
For memories, you won't be able to save new ones until you upgrade or your monthly limit resets. For chat and search, you can continue using them by adding your own OpenAI API key (BYOK) or upgrading to a higher tier.
What's BYOK (Bring Your Own Key)?
All plans support using your own OpenAI API key. When you add your key, you get unlimited AI chat messages and searches, regardless of your plan tier. This gives you full control over AI costs.
Is there a free trial for paid plans?
The Free plan is generous enough to test all features. We don't offer trials for paid plans, but you can downgrade anytime if a paid plan isn't right for you.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express) through Stripe, our secure payment processor. Enterprise customers can also arrange invoice-based billing.
Can I get a refund?
We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee on all paid plans. If you're not satisfied, contact us within 14 days of your purchase for a full refund.
